It would start bleeding and get cut. But it prob wouldn't fit.

Even if you had a typical rotary pencil sharpener that is big enough, it would probably only apply pressure and stretch the skin (the blades aren't actually sharp). Most guys would object, but about one in ten would voluntarily repeat the experience. If you use a razor blade based sharpener, he will scream and resist, and probably bleed quite a bit. Keloid scars are a possibility.
